We're always encouraging couples to bring along something to their session that shows what they like to do together, or tells a story about this time in their lives.  So when Ethan and Erin showed up in Doctor Who and Star Trek t-shirts with a "sonic screwdriver" and a "tribble"... we thought it was great!  :)  Way to make your photos fun, guys!

We can't believe it, but there's only 5 more days until your wedding day, Ethan & Erin!  :)

Grant | Pine Tree Senior | Longview, Texas | 5.9.14

 

"Actually, we'd really like to do some pictures on the stage at the Belcher Center!" 

... Kay and I were totally okay with that!  :)

 

Grant is headed off to college this fall, with plans to major in Music Composition.  And with all his music and theater experience, he seemed right at home on the stage!

 

 

 

Grant saw a photo on our website of a gigantic old tree and wanted to use that for his senior pictures... but when we told him that particular tree was in Harrodsburg, Kentucky... his mom set out to find some sort of cool tree a bit closer to home.  :)  And her trekking around Longview paid off when she spotted this fallen tree back off the trail!  It was perfect!

If you haven't visited Mrs. Lee's Daffodil Gardens over in Gladewater, then mark it down on your calendars for April of next year.  It's quite a sight to behold - with so many daffodils in some places that it looks like a carpet of yellow blooms! 

 

As you can see, the gardens attract people of all ages... including the smallest people.  :) 

 

You're not really supposed to eat the daffodils ... but I suppose at Piper's age, reading signs isn't really a priority.
