Pursuing Eden Styled Shoot | 5.7.15

A ceremony on a dock, a sweetheart table by the water,  a wedding cake on a rowboat… these were all elements of Pursuing Eden's latest styled session for photographers.  Kristal's vision of a theme entitled "Pondside Wonders" turned out beautifully.  And Kay Lynn and I were excited to join the other photographers for the event! 

Our afternoon began as weddings do… with an invitation.  :)

The special thing about our bride and groom for the day… is that they're already married.  :)

 

This form of a "cake table" was our favorite!

Orchard Farms | Arden Rose | 5.1.15

Ever since hearing about the peach blossoms and dogwoods at The Venue at Orchard Farms in Troup, Texas, we have been excited for a chance to see the property for ourselves!  On a day that our spring fever had reached an all-time high, Kay contacted Hope, who (to our delight) invited us to come on over and check it out.  Luckily, the Childs family was game to go with us!  

And sweet little Arden Rose fit in perfectly among the blooms.  :)

Kristal and her mom, Mrs. Deadre, own Pursuing Eden Vintage Rentals.  (Check it out!)  We stumbled across their store not long after coming to Longview, and were introduced to a whole new world!  :)  Although we've thoroughly enjoyed perusing their store and all their rental inventory, their friendship these few years since moving to East Texas has been the real treat.

Oh those cheeks!  (And let's be honest - if those little moccasins were made in adult sizes, I'd have a pair for every day of the week.)

Definitely a favorite.
